Building on her Graduate Business Degree (M.B.A) in Human Resources and International Business, her experience covers a vast spectrum of corporate entities, ranging from startup to mature organizations, specialty Software product and services’ companies.

 

Fiona has been an integral part of the Wise Men team since 2007. She joined them as a BDM to increase employee strength. She has worn many hats over the past 2 decades of her professional career including, but not limited to HR Management & Organizational Development, Resource & Talent Acquisition Management, Immigration, Account Management and Client Relations. She presently heads the recruiting efforts under the banner of the Consulting Division of Wise Men. She is very passionate about surpassing Client’s expectations and assisting them with employee retention strategies. “Jobs fill your pockets, but adventures fill your soul. – Jaime Lyn”. She loves the thrill of an adventure, whether Sky- Diving, Gliding, Hiking, traveling to exotic lands, and the rush and risk involved. Over the years, she has learned that life only gives you one chance, one opportunity to make the best of it.

Rosa Delgado-Batchan

 

Rosa started with Wise Men in 2010 and is the Senior Director of Operations. Rosa is a valued member of the Wise Men team and has helped implement, streamline many new processes and procedures.

 

Rosa has 30 years’ experience in office management. She attended JA Logan College and studied Banking and Finance.

John Wawrzeniak is the Sr. Sales Director at Wise Men. His main objective is leading IT and Supply Chain talent acquisition for many clients throughout the Texas region. He has over 20 years of IT and Supply Chain recruitment experience, including direct placement, contract to hire and contract related positions. He is well versed in co-employment, employee retention as well as staffing laws and regulations. He has in-depth functional knowledge of many verticals including Oil & Gas, Deregulated Energy, Retail and Logistics. This knowledge has allowed him to become a strategic partner working for Wise Men for the clients we serve.

Lakshman Singamsetty

 

Lakshman is AVP of Delivery at Wise Men and is for strategically driving organizational excellence. He is instrumental in providing leadership to many offshore teams and assisting Wise Men to meet and beat its business goals and growth. He specializes in streamlining project executions, managing stakeholder expectation and ensuring client satisfaction. Lakshman has strong experience implementing and managing medium to large scale integration projects using Oracle SOA and TIBCO Middleware as well as overseeing support and operations projects. He has 20+ years of IT experience serving Fortune 500 customers like GM, Emerson, Nike and BCBSNC etc. He is also involved in large implementations (SDLC) and support projects in Manufacturing, Insurance, Utilities and Energy Industries.

Jayaprakash Tarugu

 

Jayaprakash Tarugu is the AVP at Wise Men leading the Finance and Operations functions for Wise Men’s Global Delivery Center in Hyderabad. He has an MBA with specialization in Finance and Operations. He has 21+ years of experience in the IT service industry. He is a subject matter expert in financial management related to taxation, payroll management, budgeting and statutory compliances.

Along with this explosive new technology came the ability for businesses to collaborate with other businesses halfway across the globe with just the click of a button! Innovation and efficiency sky-rocketed and the World Wide Web brought about change that opened a plethora of opportunities for many individuals such as Ramesh. Ramesh started his career as a programmer and climbed his way up to lead a development team. Ramesh, with his experience as a programmer and a leader taught his team to visualize the collaboration of Technology and Business to help provide the right solutions for IT and Business processes that would be cost effective and efficient.

Ramesh has been in many leadership roles that spans a wide variety of IT services and strategies in the field of Insurance, Utilities, Banking and Shipping verticals. His experience and knowledge bring an innovative edge to Wise Men’s ability to provide quality and affordable services to our clients.

Juuhi Ahuja

 

Juuhi is the Founder, President & CEO of Wise Men group of companies. Since its inception in 1997, Wise Men has grown to a global technology provider offering IT solutions, consulting, outsourcing and IT staff augmentation. Juuhi’s vision is to focus on providing quality services at competitive prices. She began her career in New York City in the insurance industry and has a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s in Business and an MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology.

 

As the CEO, Juuhi is responsible for Wise Men’s strategy regarding client & business partnerships. Juuhi is an active member of various local organizations including the Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council (HMSDC), Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACCGH), Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), to name a few.

Juuhi was born in Mumbai, India to a business family. Juuhi’s father was a pioneer and brought many new ideas and products in the field of electronics to the Indian market. He won several awards, including the President of India award for innovation in 1972. Her father is her inspiration and taught his children that you can do anything you set your mind to. Juuhi is a certified yoga teacher from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai and practices meditation daily. She enjoys reading, walking and traveling. She is married to Prakash, a businessman who builds and owns hotel franchises like the Marriott, Hilton and IHG. Juuhi and Prakash have a daughter who is their pride and joy.
