Requirements:

• Reverse engineer Crystal Reports and Power BI reports to design future state reports into consolidated Power BI
• Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions
• Assist with development of Functional Report Design Documents
• Review Functional Report Design Documents and Technical Report Design Documents for completion
• Provide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives so we can continuously improve
• Work with the offshore team lead to help drive sprints to completion
• Help clarify stories that will be coming into future sprints
• Remove roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the offshore team and resolve questions in real time
• Provide technical oversight over object development, ensure appropriate test coverage, and review and approve package migration requests
• Collaborate with offshore team members and onshore stakeholders over the design and development of objects and enhancements
• Responsible for operational management – to maintain the office in an appropriate fashion
• Perform as a “communication channel” between Development Manager and the offshore developers
