  1. Education and Certifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years of IT experience
  3. Skills:
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Desire to learn new skills. High degree of motivation
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
    • Ability to work outside of normal workdays and standard office hours

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Setup and maintain new and existing computer hardware and software, printers, and copiers
  • Supports local server room, server equipment and network equipment
  • Provide computer and software problem solving and training for end-users
  • Provide and maintain documentation on IT systems, network diagrams and configurations
  • Provide ticket resolution and implement changes to the environment using the IT Change Control Process
  • Deploy and support Cisco VOIP phones and mobile devices
  • Support Genetec security ACS and CCTV equipment
  • Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
  • Deploy network switches to support client network connectivity at site
  • Manage and deploy two-way radio communications systems
  • Setup, maintain and troubleshoot audio visual and conferencing systems
