Requirements:
- Education and Certifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
- Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years of IT experience
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Desire to learn new skills. High degree of motivation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work outside of normal workdays and standard office hours
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Setup and maintain new and existing computer hardware and software, printers, and copiers
- Supports local server room, server equipment and network equipment
- Provide computer and software problem solving and training for end-users
- Provide and maintain documentation on IT systems, network diagrams and configurations
- Provide ticket resolution and implement changes to the environment using the IT Change Control Process
- Deploy and support Cisco VOIP phones and mobile devices
- Support Genetec security ACS and CCTV equipment
- Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
- Deploy network switches to support client network connectivity at site
- Manage and deploy two-way radio communications systems
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot audio visual and conferencing systems
