As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Resolve Tech Solutions, Juuhi oversees all business operations of the company including supply chain, logistics, new product launches, and customer support.

In her previous role as Founder and CEO of Wise Men Consultants (acquired by RTS), she was committed to fostering innovation, growth, and efficiency in dynamic and complex businesses which spanned over 26 years. Juuhi’s vision is to focus on providing quality services at competitive prices. Juuhi remodeled Wise Men’s staff augmentation division to seek out ‘hard-to-find’ talent so that client projects are completed on time and within budget.

Juuhi began her career in New York City in the insurance industry and has a bachelor’s in business and an MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology. She is an active member of various local organizations including the Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council (HMSDC), Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACCGH), Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), to name a few.

In her volunteering capacity, Juuhi has served on the Board of the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, and Ovarcome Non-profit Inc. Juuhi sits on the Board of the following Non-Profit Organizations: IT Serve Alliance – 2020, CRY America – 2020- Present, Ovarcome – 2013 to Present, IACCGH Director at Large – 2014 to Present, Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council – 2010 to 2016.

Juuhi has received many awards including Women’s Enterprise magazine’s Top WBE CEOs of 2021, Women who Mean Business in 2018 by Houston Business Journal and Top 30 Influential Women of Houston in 2017. She is also a certified yoga teacher from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai and practices meditation daily.
